I wasn’t there to witness it. I wasn’t even able to watch the livestreaming hu hu hu. But thank God for emails,  eposts and blogs, written right after the event. Now we know who the winners are. They entertain, challenge, remind, teach, encourage, make us laugh/cry/react, and many more. One thing is common among them – they never bore. Some of them I’ve read already, some are new to me, to be added to my reading list. Click on the image below to see the list of winners and links to their sites:

Winners of the Philippine Blog Awards 2

I am happy that an entry on Evelio Javier by Jester-in-Exile won the Best Single Post under the Arts & Culture Category. I haven’t seen this musical but just read about it earlier this year, from the Jester-in-Exile blog as well as from other pages on Antique province. As an Antiqueña, I am proud that somehow the province and one of her most beloved sons were featured in it (half of it coz it shares the limelight with another EJ).

  1. I did plan to go to MOA last Sunday to witness the second Philippine blog awards. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to because I can’t afford the cost of under time. I was also thinking that i can watch it early morning the following day – without the hassles of traffic. 😀
